Video in the crowd from LV shooting

Check out this video from during the shooting. It looks like video of a security guard firing into the crowd...accomplice?

ETA: FWIW, not claiming its proof or anything, just a glimpse of the chaos that looks suspicious. Could have just been the cop seen later and the flashing light/gun sounds wasn't from him...dunno

My issue with the video:
If there was a second shooter right there, that place would've been a stampede. Notice everyone is still standing there?
It does look like he's carrying a gun though.

Looks like the cop who crossed the camera a few seconds after. He drew his weapon and couldn't tell where the fire was coming from

What I see: LVPD wearing a bright green vest heading toward the crowd. He is holding a flashlight and when shots begin to ring out he squats down while raising his flashlight hand giving it that flash of light. It appears he is in the video toward the end as well, although it could be a different LEO.

There are a lot of stupid people in the world. And a lot who just can’t believe that people can do evil things without the government or ISIS or the New World Order or aliens making them or at least helping them. There is absolutely no credible evidence that has surfaced so far to indicate anyone other than the shooter was shooting into that crowd. Now as to whether he was part of a greater plot involving other people- that will be discovered, I’m sure.
