Apparently he had a beef with them for not providing him with proper phone numbers for DMV offices that he needed.

The DMV deserves worse. I honestly don't know why there aren't more mass shootings at the DMV.

DMV in Louisiana for years would only accept cash. It was a pain in the arse, always had to make sure to bring the right amount.

I went there recently, with cash, and they now accept everything EXCEPT cash.

Because people only go to the DMV infrequently.

OTOH, there were cases at my school where someone hopped the counter to strangle the financial aid office workers. Cops let them go afterward since many of them attended the school and dealt with the FA office too.

I wonder if they made him wait till they counted all of it to give Him a recipe? No way in hell I would have left there without proof I paid it all.

Hampton Inn in West Monroe won't accept cash either. Confidence in their staff has to be lower than whale shite to have that type policy.

Who pays a hotel bill in cash?

Actually, I had to do that in Yangon a few years ago. Before it opened up, credit cards were not accepted or connected to the outside world. And, they had to be crisp, new, unfolded, unmarked, untorn bills.

Yes, that was Myanmar, but we could think about cutting Louisiana off like that. Maybe.

Someone who doesn't want their wife to see it on the credit card statement.

There is a speed trap in Emporia, VA. I was traveling through on my way to surgery at Duke Univ Hospital once. My right hand to God, some black Barmey Fife pulled me over for speeding like 3 miles. He gave no shits I was en route to surgery.

I wish I could go back in time and pay my fine in all pennies to this tiny fricked up town.

Small town cops are nothing but thieves. They pay their own salaries by giving out tickets to unwitting out of towners in speed traps that do absolutely nothing to protect the public safety. It's exhibit #1 on why government is evil in virtually every form.
