The reference is to those that are, must be careful here, let's just call them anti-Trump, aka, socialist and/or anti law and order. Not sure where the pro-fascist ANTIFA's are, haven't seen one. Closest I saw was a guy with a "rainbow" face kerchief.
Not to say there aren't a few on POTUS's side as well.

Between them and the other 26,000 Trump supporters (still filing in) I'd say the counter protestors are well outnumbered.
