Depending on what source you use, U.S. Federal Government has spent somewhere to the tune of 5 Trillion (I know...Much more than that is actual spending) in response to covid. This comes out to $15k per man/women/child...My guess is actual spending will be twice that.

I know that this has been spoken about many times...But we are finally starting to see beginnings of inflation and just getting a little taste of pain. How painful do you realistically think it will get? What are people putting their cash in to protect against the dollar falling apart?

Earmarked for the paranoid who get tested 4 times a day.

I'm not receiving my fair share. Thought dems were all about equality? I've worked through this entire thing and still paying taxes and shite. Only got a couple of measly stim checks.

A fraction of that was actually spent on Covid. If you read into what the money was allocated to, it’s for a ton of shite not even related to Covid.

The fed increasing interest rates will help ease the inflation, but we will see a major correction in home values and the market.

I have been doing research and am really starting to see that Crypto might be the only thing immune. It is a big risk, high reward deal.

I would pull out or heavily reallocate your portfolios to have minimal stocks.

When the Left's talking point about not treating the unvaxxed was posted all over this board, I offered to sign onto that if they cut me a check for my share of all the Covid BS spending. At the time, adding it all up, I believe it actually came out to something in the neighborhood of $50K.

I’ll take a $15,000 check for my troubles. I’ll opt out of anything Covid related the government is doing.

I’ll invest that, take my 6% YOY, and be a happy man. Unless of course inflation continues as is then I’ll need to target 12%.
