1. Why does the federal government feel the need to use 200 armed federal agents, and snipers aimed at the ranchers? They had these heavily armed agents out there BEFORE the protesters came and it was just the family. Why the excessive use of force? They are whining that this guy is milking the feds for 1.2 million in unpaid fees, but think of all the money they are wasting on paying these agents every day to take arms against this guy.

2. Why is the federal government so concerned about an American citizen trespassing on its turf and is responding by sending hundreds of armed agents, but doesn't give a shite when non citizens in the form of illegals trespass on federal land and trespass illegally into this country every day? 200 armed agents with fire aimed at legal citizens on his own property, but not one agent allowed to point any weapon on the border to illegal alien trespassers who aren't citizens. What have we come to when the feds freak out about a U.S. citizen "trespassing" on federal land, but don't seem to care about non citizens trespassing?

1. Where'd you get your 200 number? How many agents does it take to round up 900 heads of cattle across 1200 square miles when a local rancher has threatened violence? Are you an expert? Are you familiar that environmental groups, recreational groups, and even other ranchers have insisted upon action by the BLM?

2.

... is an outright lie.

What part of that is a lie? That the government doesn't give a shite or that illegals trespass on federal land every day??

Or, you know, it's not actually a lie at all.

Because they know that they can beat you in court, crush you with violence and that America is too busy watching American Idol and /or inflating their Obama love-dolls to give a shite.

The country is RIPE for violence and chaos precisely because The State is hammering this group of Americans and giving handouts to this other group.

Forward !

Time will prove that Harry Reid has his hands in this because he's in bed with the Chinese. Perfect land for their alternative energy plant. I'm sure low talker Reid will walk away with millions on this deal. It's never black and white, there is always more going on behind the scenes when dealing with the gubment. It's perfectly fine until they come for your land and your things. If they can do it with one, they can do it with many. The elitist are all about lining their pockets at the expense of the little man.

Question 1... Because the BLM wants a budget increase. Same reason BATF raided the Branch Davidians. Same reason that NASA created the Global Warming hoax.

Question 2 ... Because too many farmers vote Republican.

Here's the rub.... Harry Reid, as a member of Congress, has every right to play a part in the management and disposition of that land. Mr. Bundy does not.

But to state that this Federal action came about because of a Chinese solar plant deal is quite ignorant... Mr. Bundy was ordered 20 years ago to remove his cattle and several times since. Also, other groups wholly unrelated to the Chinese have petitioned the BLM to have Mr. Bundy's cows removed.

I believe that is the point in question. That it is not actually their turf but the State of Nevada's.

Time will tell. Unlike you, most of us don't lay our life down and believe everything that comes from Washington.

Continue calling people names, or describing them with derogatory adjectives, we wouldn't expect anything less from you...

Leave it to Rex to be an enthusiastic supporter of the most crooked politician to ever step foot in Washington, Harry Reid

And here I thought the only people who supported Reid were the illegals in the Las Vegas casino unions.

Are you sure? I thought it was Federally owned land, not state of Nevada?

From what I understand, this is when Bundy stopped paying the government. What was their reason given for wanting the cattle removed?

What groups? And for what reason?

BTW...it has been announced that the BLM will cease with their operation.

I thought they seized his cattle. If so, will they now give them back?

I was wondering the same thing. I guess we'll know something before long. I'm just glad that Mr. Bundy got the public support and BLM backed off. This will enable a more reasonable solution.

Sounds like there has been a push for a reasonable solution for several years and the ranchers seems to have been in the wrong in every way.

No, he's not wrong...not in my opinion. I believe there will be a lot of things that will be revealed about this case that will expose the situation in his favor.

Just my opinion but I'm thinking there's a lot of political corruption in this case that will be exposed. Why? People are fed up with political manipulation and lies benefiting few.
