Not denying the truth of it but I find it to be very interesting that the news comes right after he accepts the new position. As if it was known previously and was sat on until the proper time.

There are also suits related to an inmate dying of dehydration on his watch and another having a baby on the cell floor despite calling for staff. The baby was either stillborn or died not long after birth.
