I’m not sure if the indictment has legal merit, but the details alone show he has no business being anywhere near the levers of power ever again.
Also, bad news for you guys;
This trial is built for speed. He will likely be convicted well before November 2024. How can he be a viable candidate while sitting in a jail cell or at Mar a lago under house arrest?

Prediction: DC police will call out extra police to help handle what they expect to be a crowd of unruly Trump supporters. What they'll encounter is a massive group of news people and Trump haters. The most disruptive people out there will be Trump haters showing their asses.

I have been saying that the best case scenario is trump loses the nomination, goes to jail, and is pardoned by president DeSantis.

A lot of conjecture and I'm not clairvoyant enough to know the answer to your question. I guess we will just have to wait and see how it plays out.

Who would this be bad news for? The democrats hoping he gets the nomination? The trump tards that will only vote for Trump? Or the Ronbots that are awaiting further programming?
