This board had an absolute collective meltdown over Sweden not keeping stats on the demographics of rapists, but we can't get a name, a crime or location for all these "bad dudes" with which we were supposedly inundated.

If she was just diagnosed then there is likely a wait for an oncologist. At least thats my experience as an american citizen. I think you are making a mountain here when there may be no need to be indignant.
