Wonder if he means cut the current entirety by 75% or just the new ones coming out by 75%?

If he means the whole thing by 75% that's a shite load of cutting. We will be back in the post-WWII era in terms of the Code of Federal Regulations if that's the case.

Wait for ACA to be repealed so you can afford it.

That comment right there just shows you how much leeway congress as given these agencies overseen by the executive branch through the years. Even if the Trump administration's analysis showed that they could cut 50% of the existing regulations that is still a tremendous amount of leeway allowed by congress.

Massive tax cuts when we are $20 Trillion in debt?

I have faith in President Trump and I wish him all the best. But that doesn't sound like such a good idea.

And maybe just maybe that will help us kick off another era of economic growth like we had from 1945 to 1970

Truer words have never been posted on this board. The EPA alone has been out of control these past eight years. Will be great to operate without that foot on our necks.

75% is ludicrous unless you replace multiple regulations with a single new regulation.

You know lower taxes stimulates revenue which stimulates further taxation right?

Art Laffer has some form of graph about this kind of thing.
