They had Trump up 7 in 2016 too and were the closest to the final margin of over 9. Good sign and if true could mean rural whites are going to turn out for him.

I’ve never once been worried about Iowa. The only non rust belt state Trump won in 2016 that I’m even slightly worried about is North Carolina

I'm in Iowa and it is amazing all the Trump signs out there and all over. Farm fields, houses in town; some have multiples. It is looking good.
I can count Biden signs on 2 hands.

I remember all the Trump signs I passed driving through rural Illinois. If not for Chicago Illinois seems like it would be deep red.

I’ve been following this race because I have a max Ernst position on predictit. My shares just flipped bigly in the positive direction. The Des Moines Register poll is considered the best Iowa poll. I think the 7 point swing is an attempt to save face in light of the upcoming red wave!
