It went into effect in January of this year, and but didn't require compliance until December.

Mental illness is so fricking overlooked and mistreated in this country.
The movie theater, sandy hook, and Charleston were all done by people who were clearly mentally unbalanced.

There are valid reasons for concern about this regulation, as you would know if you actually read anything about it. Also, 57 Senators voted to overturn, which means some Dems supported it.
