Never understood why the US government wanted to keep stuff like this secret for so long. The public has a right to know the details of the investigation.
The arrogance of the CIA and others to think the public can’t handle the details of something that happened over 50 years ago is idiotic. JFK autopsy photos came out years ago so they can’t hide behind trying to protect the Kennedy family fro gruesome details.

FYI, the files, legally, have to be declassified on October 26th. This would’ve happened regardless of who was president. Why is trump taking credit for it? Because he’s trump, I guess.

No. The CIA sent a request to Trump to keep it classified for another 25 years. We are awaiting his decision on it.

I was just always thankful that SOB did.
