Crickets from the left on that, though. I mean, after all, how dare ANYBODY mock such a great leader.

It wasn't supposed to be funny, it was supposed to be a tribute to Leonard Cohen who had died that Friday. Its unfortunate that she ruined it with the political shot at the end but the real tragedy is that so many Americans don't know Leonard Cohen. He was a national treasure.

That's bullshite. Who else has SNL done such a tribute to? Can't name a single former cast member who died that they did anything close to that. And somehow the people at SNL love Leonard Cohen so much that they decide to tribute their opening monologue to him, played by Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton?

It was simply an excuse to have a funeral for Hillary Clinton. They acted as if 9/11 happened. It's the lowest SNL has ever sunk. If John Belushi, Eddie Murphy, or Norm Macdonald were in the cast and someone tried to pull that, they'd crash it.

You are 100% right. And the more they tell people that want to
Make America Great Again that they are evil, the more they will galvanize the middle class against the liberal lefts message of hate and intolerance.

I hate the whole "they do it too" thing but really, either side posting about the other side doing it just looks foolish.

It's pretty much universal. Would be nice if it wasn't, but, it is what it is

Prince had a presence Cohen didn't. They simply used him to play Hillary's funeral. Had nothing to do with his death. Wouldn't surprise me if they did it regardless of his death.

I haven't the time or the inclination...but I think, honestly, the Obamabots refrain wasn't that Bush "did it, too", it was that it was all "Bush's fault". Keep it between the lines Jbird.

What other celebrity/politician has gotten this bent out of shape over an SNL skit? Seriously, I can't think of anyone.

What a twat.

Trump is like John Wayne. He never acted. He just played John Wayne.

Trump is just gonna be Trump. He's not gonna act like people think a President should act.

you defend giving state money to companies?

is it a workable model?

There are reasons why presidents need to act the way they are supposed to act. Most of those reasons involve armies.

Well. He's projecting weakness. And inconsistency. And distraction. And he's publicly paying attention to a tv show. If I were a leader of a hungry wanna-be world power, I'd be thinking now is a good time to start advancing my cause.
