He hasn't put forth any legislation. Must be because of the rules!

When we're talking DC insiders, does GS folks really fit in the DC crowd? What do you want, managers from McDonalds and busboys from Chili's running things in DC?

Exactly who do you think serves DC best? Be specific. Maybe you'll teach me something on who should be in DC making all these decisions.

Yes the Dems bitched. But they didn't suggest going so far as to change the rules.

Well. They did introduce us to the Nuclear Option, now didn't they?

Legislation does not come from the President. You didn't know that? he can suggest legislation. he can push for legislation. But the President does not "put forth" legislation.

ETA
Bills, AKA legislation is put forth by Congress, not the President.

GS alums are fine now. Not swampy at all, and never criticized during the last 8 years.

And Obama is about to make a cool $800,000 making speeches to, in his words, the "fat cats" on Wall Street. He assailed rich people for 8 solid years, and now he has his hand out saying he wants his.

Hypocrite. Even the left is criticizing him for it.

2 speeches at $400,00 a pop. Do I blame him? nope. I would do it too, but he was criticizing the fat cats 4 months ago.
You can't make this up.

You're serious. You really don't understand how legislation is brought forth, do you?
Are you sure the Poli Board is a good place for you?

Now Terry, you deluded and remedial gumptard doily- folder, it's important to note that at the time I commented the Op had started a thread with nothing besides a blind link. Which means , like always, your point is moot. Terry from Mootville. That's how I think of you.

Either they don't follow their own party or they just don't think before they post. I'm not sure.
