Trump would absolutely destroy him. Biden wouldn’t have the stamina and Rogan wouldn’t try to run cover for him, I don’t think.

But this part is not...
If an individual is incapable of focusing for 4 hours, that individual has absolutely no business being president. We should have a 4 hour debate every single election cycle.

Irrelevant. Biden will never do anything for four hours. And he will never have to prove he can. His side makes the rules.

I like this idea for a debate format ... a LOT.
Modern debates in the traditional format are simply not worth watching. The candidates do not discuss or debate anything. They simply parrot their memorized talking points, often in response to questions only tangentially-related to said talking points. The whole thing is just a free campaign ad for each candidate, with applause lines inserted.
For the proposed format to work, you would need a strong host, willing to cut the mic' of anyone exceeding his time limit and also willing to get back in the face of either participant, if he dodges or otherwise refuses to actually answer the substance of a question.
I can think of about 2,000 better options than Rogan to perform this role.
I don't like Trump OR Biden, but I think Trump DESTROYS Biden in this format.

I like it too.
I think we would get a lot more honesty, a lot less bull shite, a lot more directness, and cover a lot of ground with these three guys and nothing else.

The only thing I could suggest to add that would show the debate on an equal footing would be to have a leftist moderator along with Rogan.
