Because he stated yesterday that he didn't think the country needed a full wall.

They'll call it a resignation but it was a firing. He was just hired in July. I was a Border Patrol agent for almost 10 years and have enough sources inside to know this is what really happened.

He's going to need to re-sharpen his axe before the weekend.

We employees outside of the federal Govt know what can happen when we speak publicly about our job or employer.

You Govt workers might want to take a cue. Really wants wrong with yall?

Yeah. Trump isn't playing games and if the Chief of the Border Patrol isn't on board, this is going to happen with the quickness.

Maybe the dude isn't upset about it?

People who cry at the EPA are the ones worthy of making fun of. Some subject matter expert who gives his opinion and it differs from Trump's? Good for both of them. Part ways.

As noted, he was the only recent if not only Chief who did not come from the ranks. From several unnamed sources, the A.P. reports that his appointment was not well received by the rank & file agents. Point being, he was a political appointee by Obama. Nuff said.

This is what I mean

Guy could be wrong

Guy could just disagree with Trump - fine

Trump could just disagree with guy - fine

This board doesn't operate on that level, though. It's Trump good, everything else bad. Guy must have had it coming! frick you, traitor!

Supports Obuma's limited Plan of Deportation

"The border patrol union, which endorsed Trump's presidential campaign and applauded his executive orders, had been critical of Morgan for supporting former President Barack Obama's plans to safeguard certain undocumented immigrants from deportation. "

He's an idiot for publicly announcing he disagrees with his boss.

The funny thing to me is the govt types live in their little bubble and think people will be outraged. The reality is that most of are thinking j"uh, hell yeah. If I was stupid enough to criticize my boss or employer publicly or go against policy they will fire me in a hearbeat. Why are govt workers special?"
