Sweeping investigations...0bama is a crook. If something doesn't make sense, there's usually money involved. All those shady deals...for instance, the Bergdahl swap. You think he gave a shite about bergdahl more than those five five high level al qaeda terrorist?...while we had a marine sitting in Mexico for a year (during which 0bama visited the Mexican president at least 2 times and never did shite}...money. Who the frick delivers pallets of cash to the worlds largest terrorist/country and never mentions the four prisoners...so they add another 3 billion. Guarantee that crook has tax payer money stashed everywhere.

A President or any Government official forming a policy and or carrying out a policy can not be sued or be convicted of a "crime" unless the action violates established law.

A president can totally frick us over in foreign or domestic policy and there is nothing we can do about it other than, impeach or vote him out.

Fortunately he will be gone soon.

The Constitution provides civil and criminal immunity for Congressman and Senators for actions taken in the course of their official duties. The Constitution does not extend that immunity to the President. When its specifically granted granted to one branch and not another its fair to say that it is denied to the other.

The question does occur to me whether the Vice-President could claim immunity due to his role as President of the Senate. Anyone know if this was addressed during the Agnew misadventures?
