You're downplaying the start of a serious situation. Look at Putin's pattern. Little incursion is the test for the big one. Now, don't get me wrong I'm not expecting a hot war or even a cold one, and I wouldn't with Hillary either, but this is the Russian version of a scripted play in a West coast offense. They want to see how you move so they know what to do next when it's real.
