At least he's talking to them. Barry said, before he was elected, that he would talk to anyone. But when he sent retard Hill and her reset button, they laughed at her and said that they could do what they wanted. Barry made some speeches and denied anything was wrong. Now we have to clean up the mess.

I would think meetings is progress if both sides are open to negotiations. You can't snap your fingers and there be peace...it took 4 presidents to finally end the Cold War and establish relative peace between us and Russia.
