In Trump’s defense there is a very good chance that Trump has no recollection of endorsing him. He might even have a hard time recognizing the name.

Look, spin it how you like. Lankford wanted his endorsement for the primary. Trump did not give it even though he wanted it.
Trump did endorse him for the general election when the choice was a radical Dem. Trump knows numbers were needed for senate balance.
