Well considering the DNC hacking, it obviously impacted the election a little. Regardless, everyone admits they were involved. Even Trump now admits it.

Well at the time obama was lying about it and we did not know the extent of the dishonesty, corruption, and incompetence of his administration.

The timeline on the hacking on the DNC was from July 2015 to June 2016. Who was president during that time?
