Seems in the arena of world leaders Trump was the champ....I can't recall Trump getting worked on any major foreign policy decisions.

Sure but he didn't really do much foreign policy wise or face anything particularly challenging either. I like that he withdrew from TPP though and obviously taking out ISIL was nice.
He got convinced by the generals to delay the Afghanistan withdrawal, allowing Biden to both a) Totally bungle it and b) sell to the people who don't pay attention (most people) that he withdrew us from Afghanistan, vote for me... which he did, horribly.
He gave Kim, who never intended to make any kind of peace with the US, a photo op to use as propaganda. So you can count that as a negative if you want, but I feel like you've got to at least try if you think theres any good faith at all so I don't hold that against him.
The trade war did nothing except hurt people in the US.

I don't think there was a whole lot there to be either happy or upset about
