It should be "Make America Even Greater".
"Keep America Great" implies he just wants to keep it like it is, and unless everyone is perfectly content, it's not going to work.

3 word slogans are better than 4 word slogans.
I'd think things like "To the top!" or "Let's keep winning" or stick to "I'm with you".
Or go big with "For the people"
