It's about time.

Tired of Judges coming out of no-where and over-turning decisions that have been made in our name. They're standing in the way of President Trump's mandate.

Can't wait to see Ginsberg, Kagan & co. tell us how "but for Trump's campaign rhetoric" the order would have been legal.

Ridiculous.

That really would have to be the case. Crazy.

I never take supreme court decisions as guarantees.

But if the court does rule in Trumps favor, the left may ACTUALLY melt

I know frick all about the Supreme Court - is this actually going to be heard and decided within the next couple of months?

If so and if we win, the melt (on the heels of Paris) will exceed election itself

Morning Cuck just said he'd be shocked if Trumpy doesn't get 6 votes in favour.

Mark Halperin said only 5.

Both agree the lower courts are wrong in their rulings.

I hope all 9 do; we need this to be unanimous.

This was inevitable and couldn't come fast enough.

Worst case scenario, a 5-4 win for the administration.

Hopefully some of the left wing justices do their fricking job and interpret the constitution as written and join the majority.

It's written correctly and the writing in the document is ALL that the USSC will evaluate. It may possibly be a full majority if they do their job. They won't take into account some day a year ago when Trump said "Muslim instead of Islam, or vice versa

No chance at all they fast track it since it has direct national security implications?

It won't be 9-0 but The Administration will win. The fact of the matter is Trump COULD have made it a Muslim ban and that is legal. The law is clear. The President may ban ANY group of immigrants if he feels they are detrimental to the US, and foreigners on foreign soil are simply not afforded protections by the COTUS.

This is just a request for the SC to hear it. The SC can grant or deny that request. No guarantee they will near or decide this matter

The Court if it wants to punt can grant a stay of the injunction and then grant cert. by the time the case would be heard they can punt it on mootness.

There is zero chance the court denies cert on this. ZERO
