Youre absolutely right- its also unfair to him that he must use the womens restroom, and the womens dressing room, and the he is not allowed to compete with the men's teams. Just because parents decided to play along with this mutilation of their child, it shouldn't be forced onto everyone else to have to share in their personal drama.

I agree.
Those rules/laws need to be adjusted.
It's not fair to either the normal girls or normal boys to have them wrestle this person.

It's not medically necessary. If Draconian Sanctions decided to have penis enlargement surgery because of his desire to have a bigger dick, it's not a medical necessity, no matter how much his small penis bothers him psychologically.
