Trade skills are great jobs, but why aren't women being pushed there?

Haley and her girl boss routine mentioned it last night about women being leaders, CEOs, etc... But women seem to only be mentioned as being leaders and executives, but not in trades. Why?

Greater aspirations?

Did you see what happened to that bridge in Florida the last time we let women play with tools? No thank you….I like to cross bridges, not get crushed by them

Women don’t want equality in non-air-conditioned jobs.
They’re looking for those inside gigs. Equality in the offices and other conditioned spaces!!!

Why? Because you can't sexually harass them on the job?
It's weird that's where you took it. Must have something on your mind.
I was just thinking because no one wants to hear about bulldykes becoming wielders. Is that something that's hard to believe?

Senator is a demographic?

You may want to edit that, grand wizard.

He said trades, not engineers. Women are very capable in those types of operations and imo should be encouraged to do that.

If you want to be racist AF, that's on you. I'm not trying to cancel you for it. You're free to be as stupid as you would like.

You know why.
It's not about equality across the board. There are no women's groups pushing to have oil rigs 50-50, or garbage men, or road workers, etc.
The only place it matters are high profile jobs that are also high paying. THEN equality matters.
Until then, they're perfectly happy having an all male garbage crew stop at their homes.

The most successful females I've met who chose a skilled labor career all followed their hobby into creating a job out of it.
IE, one was a young woman who became an expert in shrubs and flowers. She did a lot of research and decided to turn it into interior landscaping (think big bank lobbies).
She had to hire 3 male workers to do the heavy lifting but worked along side them.
Another was really interested in sewing and fabric design. She started working by reupholstering interior furniture saving homeowners tons of money from not having to buy new stuff.
But you won't find women go into plumbing or roof repair because it used to be their hobby.

I asked which demographic, you said "senators". Senators is not a demographic, genius.
So, what are you referencing? What Demographic is Tim Scott representing?

A republican candidate on stage, with others, that won’t be president. Yes that’s a demographic, a group of ppl. Explicitly those who won’t win.

Oh sure...
So you stated Hailey also, is representing a demographic, just like scott. Which demographic is she representing?

Ah yes, that under-represented "Senator" demographic that we all hear about.
You said something racist as frick and now you're trying to cover. Maybe just edit your original post?
