And I believe China agrees and why it's not totally available there. Neither is TikTok. So they are mutually bad, but FB didn't technically do it but it's leadership did. Things they did need to be looked into for their legality, and keep calling them out...just like tiktok.
FB is an American company so our "leaders" could do something about them if they wanted. Like Google. This tiktok deal is not much different than breaking up a monopoly.
Tiktoks campaign to fight this demonstrated how bad they can be if they wanted to be. Their pop-up to "call your rep" had a bunch of teens calling DC threatening to kill themselves.
We need to treat China, and others, the way they treat us. We let our enemies take way to much advantage of us.
This is where Trump needs to focus...ALL are bad. Fix it ALL.

Id argue reddit is pretty up there with bad.
Ive never seen so much bullshite and misinformation and websites i had never heard of being held up as truth and nothing but the truth.

I would honestly be fine with outright banning the Internet, period. Y'all might say we'd go backwards, but mankind has advanced the most throughout known history up until the Internet began gaining steam, and now people have the memory span of goldfish and honestly think that men with penises and "Y" Chromosomes are women.
We were better off without it. Fact. I'd miss TigerDroppings but I'd manage. We may have dramatically advanced over the last 30 years with science and technology, but as a species and a society we have regressed beyond imagination.
