I disagree. Tackling an elderly woman, resulting in her head hitting the ground hard, and then tossing her into a pool could have resulted in a far worse outcome and represents reckless lack of respect for life.

There was video. She crashed pretty hard to the ground before being picked up/dragged and tossed in the pool, still clutching the leash her dog was attached to, before 100% of the trash laughing and egging it in scattered like roaches.

She was tackled. The intent may have been something else, but that piece of shite made aggressive contact that resulted in her being slammed to the ground with his weight on top of her.
