I used to before the last year and a half of liberals and their bs. I hope to get back to that place soon as I used to really enjoy having discussions with others of differing viewpoints. Maybe the dems that I know will settle down enough to have rational discussions again soon.

CptBengal, You have been a GREAT reason I've been glued to TD and I, sincerely, hope you have a very good and happy reason to post this thread. A super reason/opportunity. Praying this is the case. OK maybe I'm way off on my interpretation, but does anybody have a way to reach cptbengal?
This just feels a lot like a message, expecially given how sudden it was and the lack of detail (unless I missed it) regarding the circumstances of "leaving" that has potential undertones of suicidal ideation.
Again I hope I'm overthinking this, but something seems way off.

IIRC he did indicate that he is a oceanographer (Phd) so hopefully all this means is he's getting ready for a long excursion where he will be out of pocket.
