PA Ad to keep alcohol sales from being private

The Dem's here keep blocking the privatization of beer sales. Corbett, was/is in favor of private sales.

And I'm not so much taking up for "Republicans" as saying party really has nothing to do with localized bullshite like this. Dems are just as likely to be for this stuff. Are they "social conservatives"?
