It's not. However the hospital in question has been taking coronavirus cases for 3 weeks now and hasn't had one person recover after needing prone ventilation. Again, the situation is that this isn't anything close to normal. It is pretty serious.

It's been all over the news about how Italy is putting it's seniors on the back burner and basically having to let them die, because their healthcare infrastructure can't handle a problem that countries right next to them are handling just fine.
