You have a very different definition of "judicial activism" than I do.

I'm sticking by this theory until if/when I'm proven incorrect. Gavin will at some point replace Biden and be fraudulently installed into the Presidency. The "rules and precedent" (such as convention date precedent and deadlines for official nominations) don't mean anything to these establishment kleptocrats. They do what they want, when they want, and they flaunt it in our faces.

Can you explain the "fraudulently installed" bit? Are you saying Gavin will be a DNC convention surprise cake? As the VP or the Prez nom? I don't follow what you're suggesting as I don't know the Robert Rules of Order (or whatever they adhere to) for US political stooges and stages

1) I predicted 2yrs ago that DNC would have Gavin step in for Biden so you could be right like this is their "wild card" plan; Biden's already past dementia's doorstep but the other poster's theory that Kennedy would step in is an interesting one (I don't see it)

2) WTF will the DNC do with clown car VP Kamala? One of the worst public speakers of all time but she checks all the affirmative action boxes

3) if Trump wins I'll closely follow the rocketship path of Vivek Ramaswamy in his Cabinet role

“They” aren’t sticking with Biden. Biden is sticking with Biden. If anyone was powerful enough to get rid of him and take his place they would do it.

You guys are mistaken in your belief that there is a cabal running the show. The show is being run by Joe Biden and whomever he empowers. If you doubt this, then explain to me how it would work if”they” decided to replace him. “They” would meet with Joe? What would “they” tell him? What would Joe do next? And in the new idiotic parlance, be specific.

You see, conspiracy theories all sound good until you dig in to how they would actually work. That’s when they fall apart. The government is spraying us? How? Discuss the logistics and how “they” are keeping it on the QT. What are
‘they” doing to protect their friends, family and mistresses? How do “they” keep all of them quiet? Who are “they”, BTW?

Lighten up, Francis. I read it and I agree with you.

I've just been waiting for someone to post a wall of text so I could use that one.

They only need a few cities. It’s pretty obvious and not that hard to do. The cities are doing most of the work.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - alleged conservatives who do their best ostrich routine about the larger political machine in a quest to jack off to Occam's razor are more useful than the most ardent progressive.

Trump told you at the border wall in Dec 2020 what's coming - Joe's going to get the business end of the 25th Amendment.

The word/term 'democracy' is perhaps the most abused in the history of the US. Sad that low IQ voters are not aware that the US has always been a Constitutional Republic. People of all colors of skin are brain dead guilty that they are ignorant of the difference.

a Constitutional Republic

The United States operates as a constitutional republic, a form of government that involves representatives elected by the people, who execute their duties under the constraints of a prevailing constitution that specifies the powers and limits of government.

One fundamental principle of a constitutional republic is the protection of minority rights against the potential tyranny of the majority. This design counters direct democracy, where majority rules could potentially ride roughshod over minority interests. The U.S. Constitution outlines various checks and balances intended to prevent any single branch of government from gaining absolute power, thereby protecting individual rights from being infringed upon by majority vote.

The Role of Democracy in a Republic

In the United States, the role of democracy within the republic is crucial, embodying the very essence of the electoral process and the engagement of the citizenry in governmental decisions. Although the U.S. Constitution does not embody a pure form of democracy where laws and policies are directly decreed by citizen vote, it enshrines the democratic principle through the election of representatives who, in turn, influence legislation and governance.

The democratic process in the U.S. ensures that while representatives are elected to make decisions, these decisions are deeply influenced by public opinion. Citizens express their preferences through voting, which is a civic duty, emphasizing the democratic spirit within the framework of a constitutional republic. This process secures a pathway for public sentiment to guide the legislative agenda, thereby reinforcing the notion that government derives its power from the consent of the governed.

Again, gov of the US was not set up to be a democracy. Use of democracy principles for sure. But not a pure democracy. The electoral college stands out here. And most folks affiliated with the Dem party would like to get rid of that.

.I get that but never the less it doesn't change the facts of the massive cheating for Biden in 2020.
How many peple do you think had to be in on the millions of rigged votes?

And how many of these legions of cheaters have come forward and admitted they cheated?

What an amazing plan that would be for them to slide RFK in if he gets into those debates and performs well

The Dems would dig up and run RFK, Sr.'s coffin before they ever had anything to do with RFK, Jr. They consider him a joke... just possibly a dangerous joke.
