There's plenty of fail to go around

The House Republicans have been writing repeal legislation for years, but apparently they have failed to actually ever study the issue to formulate any workable alternative.

Trump shot off his mouth, demanding a bill be passed by an arbitrary deadline but failing to understand that the bill was crap.

Ryan said he's been working on this for like 20 years but he failed to have a clue about how to go about it.

Now the Republicans have, as a group, failed spectacularly.

This is a group fail. All of them deserve credit.
