If you lived in BR you would know many of the names of those arrested last year were fron out of town and the same people arrested in many other movements. The most vocal ones were hear trying to incite a riot with locals that didnt want any part of their shite.

I think people have a tendency to feel more inclined to take it further when they have little or no connection. And obviously events like this draw more of those people.
