The travel ban EO is done. It's over. Time to learn from it and move on.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is the most liberal in the country. No way they overturn this Seattle judge's decision.

EVEN IF Gorsuch gets on SCOTUS in time, Kennedy isn't going to let it fly either.

Any more time spent dwelling on this is time that would be better spent with something else more productive towards MAGA. I suggest something related to conservative free speech for maximum lib melt.

They can't let it go. Being against Muslims is as core to Trumpism as being against Mexicans or wanting lower taxes.

Cool,

Please call the governor of Arizona and tell him that the states are back in charge of immigration.

I'm going to call you out in his every time I see you point this crap.

I have asked you three times in other posts, and you run and hide every time.

Where does the EO cite Muslims?

Where it bans citizens from Muslim-majority countries and includes a specific exception for religious minorities...in Muslim-majority countries.

Are you pretending you don't understand this, or are you really that slow?

Again Trump should just issue another executive order slightly changed. My preference would be to add more countries or change the length of time. If another one is blocked issue another. Courts are slow. EOs are fast. There are only so many cases any one state atty general can fight. Force these law fare goons to file lawsuit after lawsuit. Break their wills and their budgets. Tie the ACLU up in knots. Imagine what all Trump could accomplish while these morons are chasing a moving target. If Trump doesn't want to defend the suits he could rescind the orders one by one always leaving at least one standing.

A "ban" that doesn't touch 1.4 billion out of 1.5 billion of a group is not a "ban" of the group.

Your post is idiocy, indicative of a basic lack of understanding of the English language. Is English your first language?

Seriously, I do not know how this country is going to battle the willful stupidity rampant within it.

It's a dipping toes in the water ban of the group. Even Trump knows an EO that says "No Muslims forever from anywhere" doesn't stand up in court.

It's no longer disappointing that you're one of the many here incapable of basic reasoning.

I know plenty of non-trumpkins that think our immigration situation is stupid. Allowing mass immigration of low to no skill highly religious people is stupid and anti-progress.

It's far from over as the law is clear and on the side of the President.

Interesting lack of a citation here!

This. You can't say it's a Muslim ban if the overwhelming majority of Muslims are unaffected by the EO.

Well.. Obama appointee asked this question before he lifted the ban!

LINK

quote:

U.S. District Judge Nathaniel Gorton on Friday asked Matthew Segal, an attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) representing the plaintiffs in the Boston case. "Where does it say Muslim countries?"

Segal replied... "If your honor's question is, 'Does the word 'Muslim' make a profound presence in this executive order?,' my answer is that it doesn't,..

According to your logic, because something MAY be taken too far in the future it should be stopped today?

Trump could follow you and say that ALL muslims should be banned because it is very likely (look at past events) that a muslim will at some point attack and kill AMERICANS in the name of their religion.
