The Solution to the whole Trannie bathroom debate is quite simple

Republicans should fold. Completely. Pass a law saying that no one can stop you from using the bathroom or locker room that you feel comfortable in.
Then, start a grass roots campaign of men who travel in groups to use women's bathrooms and shower facilities. Especially the latter.
Focus on primarily liberal areas with high concentrations of white liberal females. Where possible, invade facilities that have white liberal women and girls of all ages.
Sit back and wait.
When they insist that such men shouldn't be able to do what they're doing, ask them why they want to be the bathroom police all of a sudden.
When they question whether or not the men legit feel more comfortable in women's facilities, ask them why they want the state telling people how they really feel.
Have fun.

I don't even know why we need to solve this problem at all. Transsexuals have been using gender ID bathroom for decades, no one cares until recently. Why not just stay the frick out of it and let the situation on the ground work itself out.

That has the sensible (Republican) stance since the dawn of man.....then Baraaq and the libs had to go and change all that.

Wouldn't you have to be transgender for this to work though?

Because then we lose the ability to argue with the other side about it. Both sides are wrong, there doesn't need to be legislation passed one way on the other about it. Keep the damned government out of bathrooms all together.

I'm way ahead of you. I already use the women's room at work when I have to drop a deuce. It's a one-seater. It's cleaner and nobody pisses on the seat therefore I feel more comfortable.

I used to have to clean locker rooms and bathrooms when I was a lifeguard years ago. The girls were always nastier. Poop and pee on the seats or floor. I assume they hover and miss. If they'd just use a layer of tp on the seat and sit, there'd never be a mess.

Couldn't a sexual predator just cross dress to go in to whatever bathroom they want and prey on someone?
Do you believe all these sexual predators haven't been slipping in to the other genders bathroom because the sign say women or men on it?
Is there any data showing that state laws with transgender equality correlate to an increase in assault/rape/molestation?

That's not necessarily true either. There's a clearly defined term and just because you say it doesn't mean you are. Saying something aloud doesn't make it true. So what's your point here? If OP isn't truly transgender, even if he claimed to be, and then went on to pull his stunt he would be arrested.

The accepted definition relies upon a persons sense of gender identity. How would you determine that?

Why are there even nudity laws anymore? Since the mental projection/illness trumps the physical, then no one should be offended, if we're being consistent.
