No way we should deport a violent criminal sitting in prison unless we can be absolutely certain he's getting deported to a prison cell where he won't get out. Unless you want him coming back to commit more violent crime. EYeah, I know the border will be secure, but that will take some time. Keep their arse in an American prison unless you know he's getting deported to a prison.

Bill Clinton deported over 12 million illegals just for the record.

Undercover ICE agents have started showing up at protests in places like California, Texas, New York. Obama signed a referendum that allowed illegals to auto-report themselves in exchange for being allowed to stay in the country and be escorted to citizenship.
Millions have already signed up over the last few years. We won't have to track them down, they've already given their work place and address to the government. Woops.

You get rid of the criminals over a period of time. Slowly but surely. Most criminals are repeat offenders. When they come back into the system... they are gone.
Routine traffic stops, drivers license renewals, etc... when they are discovered, they are gone.
Really pretty simple if you look at it over a period of time. If you look at trying to do something like this in 60 to 90 days then no, it is not possible.

You immediately start fining every single business that has illegal workers under their employ maximum fines. Framework is already there to do this
In short order it wont be worth the risk
When the risk to pay illegals becomes to high illegals will not have any money and will be forced to act

Amen brother. Hold the business owner responsible and let them face some jail time for not getting proper paperwork and verification.
No jobs and they will leave. They didn't really come here during the housing bust... no jobs. They only come here to work. Remove the incentive and this is 95% of the problem.
