Most of my hospitals across the Nation are at 50% census and losing money hand over fist with closed outpatient surgery centers and non emergent inpatient surgeries. The average age of death is over 80...time to open this puppy back up, at least for the young and healthy.

The overwhelming demand on hospitals

is being exacerbated by hospitalizing those whose symptoms are mild instead of sending them home to self quarantine.

the true problem

I thought that was the test kits, or the respirators, or the ventilators. I just can’t keep up with true new “real problem” anymore.

There are 2,463 active cases that are classified as "serious," and just under a million hospital beds in the country. Maybe he has a point?

In New Orleans, patients are being sent home with oxygen so his point does not seem valid here.

Everywhere patients are being sent home. My friend was sent home with just instructions to buy a pulse ox at Walgreens.

I have friends who work in the NYC medical community at two hospitals. According to them they are treating every case as life threatening when they clearly are not.

Hospitals everywhere are sitting half empty because no one wants to come in and elective procedures are suspended. Healthcare workers hours are being cut. All waiting on this big event that isn’t materializing in most places. But the sky is falling!!!
