The Muslim bias in American society...

I was just watching some news and of course with Christmas approaching we already have new examples this year of cities not being allowed to celebrate Christmas due to people of other religions (mostly Muslims) and Atheists being offended. I also saw an article about some Muslim woman who was the first to compete in a beauty pageant with the hajib and how she was hopeful that more people would come to understand and appreciate Muslims and how we can live together in peace, all that BS.
We hear all this stuff about how we need to embrace Muslims, how we need the support them when they get here and how we need to come together. How come to shoe is never on the other foot? I'm sorry but this is something I'm just really tired of. Muslims show up here and expect to be treated like royalty after essentially declaring war on the U.S. and the West. They expect to be treated like royalty while in their homelands in the Middle East they slaughter Christians. What happened to those Christians on the mountains that were surrounded by ISIS was nothing short of genocide. Yet somehow we're supposed to be compassionate and adjust to them here?
I'd really like a Muslim perspective on this because it really does bother me. Why should we even be nice to Muslims in this country? What do you think would happen if a couple million of us Christians decided to move to the Middle East? Lets go ahead and ignore the hellhole countries over there for a second, lets just say a few million Christians decide to move from the U.S. to say, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia or Egypt, are we going to be met with open arms? Are you all going to learn about our beliefs and cultures? Are you all going to be accommodating if there is something we're offended by in your religious culture?
Of course we all know the answer, the answer is we would all be lucky to make a week without being beheaded or in the very least jailed indefinitely. This is where Muslims are so hypocritical, they expect tolerance here while practicing complete intolerance over there. Why do we allow this?

And as an addendum, when I hear Muslims here in the U.S. say they are afraid now that Trump is President, I say good. Maybe Muslims here in the U.S. need to live in fear for awhile, then they can understand how we feel when we see a group of Muslims talking to themselves, wondering if I'm about to become the victim of a terrorist attack.
Maybe they can then understand how we felt after 9/11 when we watched millions of our fellow citizens and Christians die after Muslims flew a plane into the WTC and declared war on Christianity and the West.
We have to live in fear everyday that some wacko Muslim will shoot up some college campus, will try to hijack a plane, or blow up a subway, or try to kill some soldiers in a Military base. Yet no one cares about that fear we have to deal with. So I say to them, I don't care if you have to live in fear, maybe it's what is necessary right now, and then maybe you'll start to change your ways.

Jcaz that's all fine and dandy, but if I was over in Saudi Arabia would I be allowed to put up my Christmas tree without my life being threatened? Would I be able to wear a cross around my neck in public? I think we both know the answer to those questions.

Well to be honest while I'd love a Muslim response on this I still want to hear all responses.

But do you feel the same way? Are you tired of the media bias towards Muslims, and why is there a media bias towards Muslims? Islam in general goes against everything the Democrats hold dear (freedom from religion, equal rights for women and minorities, etc.), so yet why do they coddle them? How come even Trump has never commented on the hypocrisy of how Muslims expect to be treated in Christian countries compared to how they treat Christians in their own countries?

No I don't think they're being portrayed unfairly they made their bed with this shite. The Ohio state guy was angry with how the media reported it so he went and did the exact thing they portray them as.
For some shitty reason the same reason they have changed their little guide book to include defending Islam no matter what. Some of it is almost indefensible yet they jump through hoops to do it. Same reason so many republicans are anti gay marriage and climate change, it's just in their little handbook that they read so they don't have to think for themselves. If everyone just took them issue by issue I think a lot more people would be on the same page, or at least understand where the other is coming from. Right now liberals are being dumber about everything. That's subject to change.

Don't know about S.A., but I've been to Bahrain several times around Christmas and there are trees in the lobbies of all the major hotels.
