The brought to heel phrase makes you sound retarded by the way.

It's not the gun I have an issue with. Guns that have magazines capable of killing several dozen people within a very short period of time make me uncomfortable.

Thanks for the answer. The only reason I harped on it was, doing something about that would require additional legislation that would have nothing to do with the 2nd.

quote:For how much longer? Thank God Trump won, otherwise we'd have more leftist idiots like Stephen Breyer on the SC.
Actually they don't? You still have a right to bear arms.

In an appearance on PBS’s “Charlie Rose: The Week” last Friday, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer waxed philosophical on the Second Amendment, arguing—with a straight face—that the Second Amendment doesn’t protect your individual right to own a gun to protect yourself in your own home.
With smug self-assurance, the proud and haughty jurist not only misquoted —slightly—the text of the Second Amendment, but also said that in his opinion, the constitutional provision merely prevents Congress from disbanding state militias, which, he concluded with a flourish, “is not the right of an individual to keep a gun next to his bed.”

Large trucks capable of killing several dozen people within a very short period of time make me uncomfortable.

The judicial branch is in place to check someone like Trump who didn't win the popular vote and wants to pass through unpopular, fringe policies that harm the nation. Deal with it.
That may be the dumbest post of the day. Congrats
Missed by two letters in a pronoun. I think the one you needed there was "this" instead of "that".

I'll do it for y'all. "HEEL, JUDGE. I said HEEL!"
That should take care of it.
That should take care of it.

I like how recently, conservatives really started complaining about the SCOTUS after the Obergefell v. Hodges decision. Guess checks and balances is a big no no when things don't go your way.
