He brings up a very good point; one that I think most of us have wondered about. Precisely, why in the hell didn't RBG retire during the Obama Error, so that the community agitator could choose her successor. I'm ecstatic that her ego has compelled her to hang around long enough for Trump to make the choice, but the Left really should have pressured her to step down in 2014-15.

Thank you, RBG, for being one tough old bird

Video has a few 4-letter words, but it's not too bad.

She thought Hillary would win and wanted to be on the court for it.

ETA because she is sexist like that.

Well, she still has to die, be impeached, or resign. The latter two are unlikely, and as long as she's held on, four years doesn't seem far fetched although not likely. Just saying, don't count your chickens before they hatch.

This...and by the time she realized that was in jeopardy it was too late since the Republican congress wasn't approving an Obama nominee.

That's why she crossed the line with her political speech. It was panic and desperation on her part.

Exactly. They were wheeling in a catatonic John Paul Stevens and his opinions were being completely written by his clerks before he left.

I'm not praying for the woman to die, but Father Time is a mother. Shes already survived pancreatic cancer, which rarely happens. That's arguably the worst possible cancer; i know bc it took my mom's life.

So, not rooting for her death. She's more misguided than evil. But, I'm just sayin; put the over/under at 500 days, and I'm taking the under.

Hell, Trump's on such a roll, she could fall out during the speech tomorrow night.

Some people just refuse to die and she seems to be one of them. My grandpa is 93 or 94 and should have been dead several times over. He's survived 4 heart attacks, including two flatlines. How that man is still alive beats me. I obviously would like another appointment on the bench during Trumps tenure, but I'm not rooting for someone to die (as you pointed out).

She was goddamn worst.

Started this whole - gender neutral hysteria in law.

I guess because she was asexual and probably had both reproductive organs.

Wanted Boy Scouts to admit women because...the group "perpetuates stereotyped sex roles."

She insisted on sex-integrating "college fraternity and sorority chapters" and replacing them with "college social societies."

She even cast Constitutional doubt on the legality of "Mother's Day and Father's Day as separate holidays."

Headbangerrebel beat me to it.

She will likely not live 8 more years, and certainly not for 8 years of Pence.

The Dems bet the Supreme Court farm on Hillary winning, and they lost.

Now Trump gets to replace Scalia''s replacement, RBG's replacement and any other justice who resigns or dies in the next 8 years.
