Remember when Trump was president, it was the end of the world when CA was ablaze?

quote:

The biggest wildfire in the country, California’s Dixie Fire, has become the second-largest blaze in the state’s history since it started burning less than a month ago. Fueled by strong winds and dry conditions, the fire has scorched more than 460,000 acres throughout northeast California.

“The vegetation is extremely dry, extremely receptive to fire,” Edwin Zuniga, a CalFire spokesperson tells Alex Wigglesworth of the Los Angeles Times. “Any little spark can establish a fire and make a run.”

They are missing a fine opportunity to tour how that infrastructure monstrosity would prevent these occurrences

Gary Stephen Maynard, 47, is believed to have worked at a number of colleges in California, including Santa Clara University and Sonoma State University, where a Dr. Gary Maynard was listed as a lecturer in criminal justice studies specializing in criminal justice, cults and deviant behavior.

It’s almost like they don’t remember forest fires are part of the deal when living in Cali. We got 4 damn hurricanes last year in Louisiana but nobody really freaked out. We just accept it.

Mental hospital for life? Should be tied to a tree near his own blaze with the opportunity to ride it out or cut off an extremity to escape.

so far this year CALFIRE has arrested over 45 for arson.

the past seven years between 70 and 100 were arrested for arson.

I get a feed with photos.
the last two arsonists in my rural mountain county were OT 7 women.
weird.
plenty of dogs and methheads previously.

Forest fires would be less of a deal if they did proper forestry and controlled burns.

Would it prevent all of them? No. But it would hopefully burn off enough potential fuel that any fires wouldn’t spread all over the goddamn state.

Hurricanes are a result of climate change.

Remember when liberals laughed at the south during the power outages caused by last winter’s weather?

Ooops.

I bet Calif still isn't cleaning up the underbrush over growth that is habitat to their precious short tailed field mice.
