Polls close in 30 minutes. Should be pretty interesting.

Expecting runoffs in most of the state races. Lots of big races in DFW that I have been keeping close tabs on.

I think this election will tell if the tea party wave is still growing or if it's begun to crest.

Anyone have any fun campaign chatter?

Voted about 3 hours ago.

Senator: Dwayne Stovall
US House-24: Wrote in myself. Refuse to vote for Marchant... will not vote for career politicians
LT Gov: Dan Patrick
AG: Ken Paxton

Tea party still has prescence but it will be tough to knock off Cornyn, there was never a serious challenger and Cornyn has been flooding the airwaves with a bunch of BS lies that the uninformed masses will eat up.

Guy actually had the balls to run an ad crowing about how wreckless D.C. is when it comes to spending and how he voted against raising the debt ceiling... the bastard's vote was the final vote needed to break the filibuster against raising the debt ceiling! What a total joke

You know Cornyn is the second most conservative senator, right?

I voted for Stovall and Paxton. Not a fan of Patrick, so I voted for Patterson.

In my US Rep District NOBODY was opposing Roger Williams. He still didn't get my vote.

What did you think of the referenda?

0.24% precints in:

Cornyn 64.91%

Stockman 15.16%

Stovall 7.52%

I'm thinking Cornyn will end up with around 60% when its said and done.

He works behind the scenes to defeat conservative legislation/advance progressive legislation... then when it comes time to vote he then votes the conservative way knowing his vote doesn't matter. But when his vote does matter he votes the way the establishment wants him to, such as him casting the deciding vote to break Ted Cruz's filibuster on raising the debt ceiling.

Voting records are all smoke and mirrors. Pay attention to what they say an do. Cornyn has been one of the most aggressive senators against Ted Cruz and Mike Lee.

Once he wins this primary he will go back to being a reliable lap dog for McCain, McConnell and Lindsey Graham and work to defeat conservatives.

Anything below 65% IMO will be sending a message to him.

If so, then folks here haven't been paying attention.

There have been some animated county judge races I am watching out in the Hill Country.

Keep an eye on District 32

Katrina Pierson is a tea party challenger to career politician Pete Sessions who doesn't even live in Texas.

Hopefully she can knock him off

Pete Sessions doesn't even live in Texas...

Voters are so dumb... this country is lost if voters in even a place like Texas can't see through the smoke and mirrors

All politicians do is live it up in Washington, then a couple months before the primary start voting the way their constituents want and flood the airwaves with their massive warchests to get re-elected then go back to Washington and forget about their consituents until the next cycle. This is how they stay in power and become career politicians

It's sad really
