You can choose to embrace the opposite gender's culture, and you can even empathize deeply with it. But you can't become that gender simply because you feel like it.
This really shouldn't be that hard to understand. Shame on California.

I hate to say it but I think it's working in the opposite direction. The medical and sociological and psychiatric communities are tripping over themselves to make transgenderism normal. I read somewhere that many shrinks are no longer classifiying the trans lifestyle as a behavioral/mental disorder.
