Has anyone managed to articulate a reason that this story is "political?"
Like it or not, teachers screw their students all the time, so this isn't anything particularly unusual. The husband is a career bureaucrat, not some political appointee of Biden's.
So, what is the political angle here?

Education/public schooling is typically considered a political topic. This story isn’t about policy, but it’s a current event in the education realm. Probably could be on another board also, but I got no problem seeing it here. A lot of people have replied so it must mean I’m not alone.
