Considering the condition that Louisiana has been stuck in my entire life, and many decades prior, the constant poor decisions made, laundry list of horrific governors and elected officials, blatant corruption, apathy, low emphasis placed upon education, and uneducated masses, I see no reason to believe that he wouldn’t be reelected. Why would I think otherwise? That’s the real question to ask.

He would win again if New Orleans had a strong turnout. Something like 100% to 120% of registered voters.
