Couldn't be more wrong. Clinton fired USAs, not judges. All federal judges are lifetime appointments subject only to impeachment by Congress. For people that want to talk about what is constitutional and not, it would do some good to learn the basics first.

No it won't. Trump doesn't have the power to do it via EO. Only Congress does. There is no interpretation of law or constitution to get to this. It's written plain and clear in the constitution (Art. I, §8). So much so that I doubt SCOTUS even takes the case. There is nothing to be done on their end.
