Ouch...

Even liberal justices are basically telling Colorado to shut up and color, they don't get to decide who is going to be President.

Yep…I don’t fully trust it
But I’d be shocked at anything but 9-0

Trump atty arguing before that Confederate insurrectionists were elected to office, so Trump should be able to run for re-election, even if he is “a self-admitted insurrectionist.”

Guarantee there’ll be at least one dissent. Few decisions are ever unanimous

This should be one of those few decisions.

A single state shouldn’t get to decide who can run in a FEDERAL election.

Just because they vote 9-0 doesn’t mean it won’t be a majority decision and a ton of concurrencies.

I see your one, and raise you two more.

Jackson
Sotomayor
Roberts or Kagan (Roberts most likely)

This is an impossibility in 2024.

I'm afraid to say I'd be kinda shocked if enough of them don't side with Colorado.

If 5 are on Trumps side Robert's will go that way.....he can cover that way.

If it is 4-4 be prepared to be bent over.

I’m not so sure about that. Listening to their questions they all seem to be pretty skeptical of the case against Trump running.

Colorado's attorney made a major mistake by being an a-hole to Kavanaugh in a statement he just made. Gorsuch quickly jumped in and subtly ripped him a new a-hole. Never respond to a Judge in such a assholish manner where you think you know more than them.

The third clause of the 14th amendment does not even mention President. It originally did and they removed it.

This should be 9-0.

Kagan will surely toe the Marxist line.

I don’t understand why people can just decide he is guilty of insurrection. I must have missed the conviction.

Meanwhile, the Hawaii legislature is wasting their time and preparing to vote to remove Trump ....

Turn the state over to the Japanese ....I was made to feel like I was back in Tokyo last time in Hawaii .....I could see over everyone with ease.

Waste of time ..... Like politicians ....

It'll be 6-3 as per the usual case where it is a slam dunk.
