bullshite. It's apples to apples. The gay judge who single-handedly overturned Prop 8 stood to benefit directly, both legally and financially, from his own decision. If he had the slightest bit of integrity he would not have heard the case and would have allowed another judge to do so.

Well the justices neighbors friend owns a business and contracts to a hospital so he she be recused about deciding on the issue, because the judge plays poker on Thursday nights at his neighbors house.
