Nope. I wouldn't take that chance. I would nuke that piece of shite to hell any chance I get.

Toddy, tell me how you aren't being a partisan hack on this. How can you excoriate Thomas for not recusing himself, while ignoring that Kagan for had a huge conflict of interest, too?

Please drink a bottle of truth serum before you respond.

Wasn't the California judge who ruled against Prop 8 gay? I'm sure you were fine with that but the butthurt is strong with you because Thomas' wife was opposed to the ACA? Come on now.

You're comparing apples to oranges.
bullshite. It's apples to apples. The gay judge who single-handedly overturned Prop 8 stood to benefit directly, both legally and financially, from his own decision. If he had the slightest bit of integrity he would not have heard the case and would have allowed another judge to do so.

Great so the left gets to decide what conservative judges should recuse themselves, I don't see any possible problems that could come from that.

I mean we both know congress is full of non partisan politicians just out for following the laws of the land. I means lets just out the foxes in charge of the hen house.

I imagine Congress has zero constitutional authority to pass this bill as it blantantly violates separation of powers.

So . . . maybe the OP was a tad overstated?

The end justifies the means.

It would be a 7 degree separation of Kevin Bacon from the media to attack the more conservative judges. I can hear it now. Well the justices neighbors friend owns a business and contracts to a hospital so he she be recused about deciding on the issue, because the judge plays poker on Thursday nights at his neighbors house.
