Back story: A hysterical snowflake sent an op-ed to the NYT about their awful evil roommate who supported Trump, and called them out in the national fake news.

Snwoflake's roommate is (surprise) not white. Now getting bullied for having a non-snowflake view. So they decide to publish a response in the NYT. They call for reconciliation:

There is a reason why the KKK and other hate groups are wildly enthusiastic about Mr. Trump. There is no dialogue to be had with that level of hatred and ignorance. It is they, and the people who support them, who spread fear and the anger than accompanies it.
